The Resort is located at a beautiful spot, where we had lots of privacy and quiet. We stayed for 2 weeks and especially because of the very kind, helpful staff, we quickly felt at home. Breakfast was served at reasonable hours and was always delicious. Every day we were able to choose if we wanted our room to be cleaned or not and received some water. The whole place was very clean in general. Every time there was an issue or something we needed help with, the staff was at our side right away and solved any problem immediately. I'd definitely recommend the resort to anyone coming to Koh Chang

The hotel’s location is super convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around. There are lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so finding food is no problem. The self-check-in was quick and easy, and the room was fully equipped with everything I needed. For the price, it’s definitely great value. Overall, a nice and hassle-free stay!

Location is great. Very close to the train station, a 7 11, and many small food places. As well as a 25 minute walk from Ikebukuro which is amazing. Basically no staff check in on tablet which is nice since no pressure of trying to understand each other and the price is great. With good facilities.
